Mike did a fantastic job. The pipe work alone was stunning! Professional, great value for money and explained all the options available. Everything fitted perfectly and cleaned as he worked. After a frantic phone call to Mike that my boiler had broke and i had no heating or hot water, he came around to investigate. Mike found the problem and fixed it effectively and efficiently. Not only did he fix it he also gave me some great advice on how to prevent it happening again in the future and done a really tidy job. I would definitely recommend.

I delayed having the old heating / water system being taken out as was dreading it ! Mike and team from Forrest plumbing and heating removed the one pipe system and replaced it with a two pipe circuit along with a new boiler. Massive job with every floorboard up. Fantastic job done with minimal disruption considering it affected the whole house. Thrilled with the completed works and a new efficient system. Thank you to Mike for a great effort and would HIGHLY recommend him and his team.

We are plumbers who always think and plan ahead. The question we are always asking ourselves is 'How can we make this easier for the next person who comes along to work on it?'. We attend a lot of jobs where poor workmanship has led to us having to redo stuff that was previously. This isn't good for us and it isn't good for the customer, so we make it our number One priority to ensure our work never has to be changed. We also like to plan ahead of the game as well, so during our initial discussion about what you require, we will make it a point to discuss future proofing plans. For example, installing bigger pipe work where possible so that in the future, should you wish to switch your boiler out for an Air Source heat pump, your pipe work should already be big enough. further to that, bigger pipe work means a better flow rate for your central heating system, which means your home will heat up faster, which means you save money on your gas bill!
Over the past years we have installed many boilers of different manufacturers and the one we love the most is Vailant! From the outside, their casing is clean, white and unobtrusive. The user controls on the boiler are simple to use and very easy to understand. The noise level of a Vailant boiler is very low, you would barely even realise its on! They're even Quite Mark accredited! For us, the best bit is that everything inside the boiler is easy to maintain. If a part needs replacing, it's simple to access and we don't need to take the whole boiler apart to change somthing as simple as a sensor! This means a job which could take all day on a different brand boiler, could be done in as little as an hour on a Vailant boiler!
Is your boiler service due?
We are sure you are aware that a new boiler install comes with a manufacturers warrenty which covers most of the parts inside your boiler for replacement. However, there is a requirement that your boiler be serviced every year, else your warrenty may be void. Our boiler services start at £79 and will ensure your boiler is running at its best for another year. We will also keep track of when your next boiler service is due, and contact you a month before so you never have to worry about getting your boiler service done again!

If you're experiencing issues with your boiler, for example no hot water, error codes on the display, radiators not getting hot, then we are your Plumber! We have over 10 years of experience in dealing with all jobs boiler related, so you can count on us to get you back up and running in no time at all! We cover all aspects of boilers, from the gas and electrical supply to them, to the radiators and taps giving you your hot water!
Boiler Upgrades
As with all things, eventually your boiler is going to stop working and pass the point where its time to get a new boiler. This is where we can help! They also offer an extended warrenty when installed by us from 7 years to 10 years! Thats an extra 3 years cover at no extra cost! And, because we install so many of these boilers, we can ussually get your old boiler out and the new one in within 2 days!
